Contest is open to anyone, excepting Amay Modeles Club active members. Every participant can register unlimited amount of models in any category but is elligible to receive a single price in each category. There is a flat registration price of 2 euro per model over the online form. There will be no registration on day of exhibition, due to the voting method of this year (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any sign or notice that would allow identification of contester on his model is not allowed. Build documentation or references of real model on a short format is allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The jury will be composed of members of the Amay Models Club, as well as members of the public in attendance. The voting method will be one vote per person, confirming their choice using their smartphone by scanning a unique QR code for each model -provided by the organizer on the day of the competition- and presenting it next to the model.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The model entered in the competition will therefore remain in the common area of \u200b\u200bthe exhibition; there will be no special table for the competition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The decisions will be final, as the vote is automated by the system hosting the club’s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participant will select category of his model, meanwhile jury would be required to adapt this in case of misaligment before voting will happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A diorama model will require more than a flat base, mirror or sample ground effect. Scratch models are for kits that have no equivalent on the market (only small parts like headlights, tracks, wheels will be admitted).
